We do not directly employ cleaning staff; we arrange, coordinate, and manage cleaning programs on behalf of our clients with qualified third-party providers.

Services may include office cleaning, fitness centre cleaning, medical facility cleaning, multi-tenant property cleaning, retail cleaning, restaurant cleaning, warehouse cleaning, school cleaning, post-construction cleaning, house and condo cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, short-term rental turnover, and other cleaning services as described on our website or in a written proposal.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Online quote estimates and preliminary pricing are provided for informational purposes only and are not binding offers. Final pricing is determined after a site assessment, scope confirmation, and written agreement. Any estimate may change based on property size, condition, frequency, access, special requirements, and other factors.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or service. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the premises, disclosing any hazards or special conditions, and providing utilities such as water and power where required for the agreed scope of work.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service schedules are agreed upon in writing before work begins. We require reasonable advance notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Last-minute cancellations or repeated missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees or termination of service, as set out in the applicable service agreement.

6. Payment Terms
